“Depression”

Depression

acrylic on canvas

In a time of war, hatred, despair, and poverty there is a sense of depression that plagues us all. Finding a place to change and a way out becomes the mission at hand. Neighbors and friends pull together as family to help each other get through the winds of life. In this scene of Saint Petersburg ,Russia I found myself thinking of “Depression” that must have been so relevent when the Russian Government collapsed and how that could have happened and can still happen any where in the world. The people of Russia have not giving up but instead keep pushing forward, to achieve their personal goals by bonding together to over come the plague of depression.
